Privacy Notice

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the GDPR. Last updated 9 October 2026.

This notice is provided in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform visitors of the daglier.com website (the “Site”) about how their personal data is processed.

[1. Data Controller]

The data controller is Emre Daglier (Istanbul, Türkiye), who operates the Site as an individual. Contact: [email protected]

[2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes]

The Site has no memberships, accounts or forms. When the Site is visited, the following data is processed.

• Visit statistics: the page viewed, the referring site, country, device and browser type, and page load performance. The purpose is to understand and improve the use of the Site. This data is collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies, does not track visitors across other sites, and individual measurements are kept for about 7 days and then aggregated.
• Server and connection data: IP address, requested page, time of access and browser information. The purpose is to deliver the Site, ensure information security and fix errors. The server's own copies of these logs are deleted after about 14 days.
• Information stored on the device: A light or dark theme preference is kept in the visitor's browser local storage. The album last opened during a visit is kept in the browser session storage, so that the albums page can show it when the visitor returns, and is deleted when the tab is closed. This information stays on the visitor's device and is not sent to the data controller.
• Correspondence: The email address and message of a person who writes by email are processed only to reply and are kept for as long as the correspondence requires.

The Site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling. The only cookie that may be set is a strictly necessary security cookie (cf_clearance), placed by Cloudflare on visitors whose browser goes through a Cloudflare security check (for example an automated-traffic verification, which may happen without a visible page), to remember that the check was passed. It serves only to protect the Site and expires after at most one year. No advertising, profiling or automated decision-making is carried out.

[3. Collection Method and Legal Basis]

Data is collected automatically through the browser when the Site is visited, or directly from the person concerned when they write by email. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller, under Article 5(2)(f) of the Law and, for visitors in the EU or UK, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned are not harmed.

[4. Transfer of Personal Data]

To make the Site available, the data controller uses the following service providers, which process the data described above: Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, security, visit statistics and storage of photographs), Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting; the server is located in Finland) and Purelymail (hosting of the email address, for messages you send to it). Data is therefore processed outside Türkiye. The policies of the providers are available from Cloudflare and Hetzner. Apart from these, data is not transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation.

[5. Rights of the Data Subject]

Under Article 11 of the Law, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller to:

• learn whether their personal data is processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
• request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law,
• request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• object to an outcome against them arising from the analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Visitors in the EU or UK also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability under the GDPR.

[6. Applications]

Applications may be sent in writing to [email protected]. An application is concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Because visit statistics are anonymous, it is in most cases not possible to determine which person the data belongs to. If the reply to an application is found insufficient, the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK) is reserved. Visitors in the EU or UK may also complain to the supervisory authority of their country.

[7. Copyright, People in Photographs and Typefaces]

All photographs and texts on the Site belong to Emre Daglier and are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846. All rights are reserved; prior written permission is required for any use.

Some photographs show people. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed or changed, write to [email protected]. The request is answered within thirty days and, where it is justified, the photograph is taken down.

İşbu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun (“Kanun”) 10. maddesi ile Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca, daglier.com internet sitesini (“Site”) ziyaret edenleri bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

[1. Veri Sorumlusu]

Kişisel verilerin işlenmesinde veri sorumlusu, Site'yi şahıs olarak işleten Emre Daglier'dir (İstanbul, Türkiye). İletişim: [email protected]

[2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler ve İşleme Amaçları]

Site'de üyelik, hesap veya form bulunmamaktadır. Site'nin ziyaret edilmesi hâlinde aşağıdaki veriler işlenmektedir.

• Ziyaret istatistikleri: görüntülenen sayfa, yönlendiren site, ülke, cihaz ve tarayıcı türü, sayfa yüklenme performansı. Amaç, Site'nin kullanımının anlaşılması ve geliştirilmesidir. Bu veriler Cloudflare Web Analytics aracılığıyla toplanır. Cloudflare'in beyanına göre bu hizmet çerez kullanmaz, ziyaretçiyi başka sitelerde izlemez ve tekil ölçümler yaklaşık 7 gün saklanır, ardından toplulaştırılır.
• Sunucu ve bağlantı verileri: IP adresi, talep edilen sayfa, erişim zamanı ve tarayıcı bilgisi. Amaç, Site'nin sunulması, bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması ve hataların giderilmesidir. Sunucudaki bu kayıtlar yaklaşık 14 gün sonra silinir.
• Cihazda saklanan bilgiler: Açık veya koyu tema tercihi, ziyaretçinin tarayıcısının yerel depolamasında tutulur. Ziyaret süresince en son açılan albüm bilgisi ise, albümler sayfasına dönüldüğünde o albümün gösterilebilmesi için tarayıcının oturum depolamasında tutulur ve sekme kapatıldığında silinir. Bu bilgiler yalnızca ziyaretçinin cihazında kalır, veri sorumlusuna iletilmez.
• İletişim: E-posta ile yazan kişinin e-posta adresi ve mesaj içeriği yalnızca yanıt verilmesi amacıyla işlenir ve yazışmanın gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır.

Site, analiz, reklam veya profilleme amacıyla çerez kullanmamaktadır. Yalnızca, Cloudflare güvenlik kontrolünden (örneğin otomatik trafik doğrulaması; görünür bir sayfa olmadan da yapılabilir) geçen ziyaretçilerde, kontrolün geçildiğini hatırlamak için Cloudflare tarafından zorunlu bir güvenlik çerezi (cf_clearance) yerleştirilebilir; bu çerez yalnızca Site'nin korunması amacına hizmet eder ve en fazla bir yıl sonra sona erer. Reklam, profilleme veya otomatik karar verme faaliyeti yürütülmemektedir.

[3. Toplama Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebep]

Veriler, Site'nin ziyareti sırasında tarayıcı aracılığıyla otomatik yollarla, iletişim hâlinde ise doğrudan ilgili kişiden elde edilir. İşleme faaliyetinin hukuki sebebi, Kanun'un 5. maddesinin 2. fıkrasının (f) bendi uyarınca, ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatidir.

[4. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması]

Site'nin sunulabilmesi için veri sorumlusunun hizmet aldığı şu sağlayıcılar, yukarıda belirtilen verileri işlemektedir: Cloudflare, Inc. (içerik dağıtımı, güvenlik, ziyaret istatistikleri ve fotoğrafların depolanması), Hetzner Online GmbH (sunucu barındırma; sunucu Finlandiya'dadır) ve Purelymail (e-posta adresinin barındırılması; bu adrese gönderdiğiniz iletiler için). Dolayısıyla veriler Türkiye dışında işlenmektedir. Sağlayıcıların politikalarına Cloudflare ve Hetzner adreslerinden ulaşılabilir. Yasal bir yükümlülük bulunmadıkça veriler bunların dışında üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz.

[5. İlgili Kişinin Hakları]

Kanun'un 11. maddesi uyarınca herkes, veri sorumlusuna başvurarak;

• kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
• işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
• işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
• yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
• eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
• Kanun'da öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
• düzeltme ve silme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
• işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
• Kanun'a aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

haklarına sahiptir.

[6. Başvuru]

Başvurular [email protected] adresine yazılı olarak iletilebilir. Başvuru, talebin niteliğine göre en geç otuz gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Ziyaret istatistikleri anonim olduğundan, bu verilerin hangi kişiye ait olduğu çoğu durumda tespit edilememektedir. Başvuruya verilen yanıtın yetersiz bulunması hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunma hakkı saklıdır. Avrupa Birliği veya Birleşik Krallık'ta bulunan ziyaretçiler, GDPR kapsamındaki haklarını aynı yolla kullanabilir ve bulundukları ülkenin denetim otoritesine başvurabilir.

[7. Eser Hakları, Fotoğraflardaki Kişiler ve Yazı Tipleri]

Site'deki tüm fotoğraf ve metinler Emre Daglier'e aittir ve 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu kapsamında korunmaktadır. Tüm hakları saklıdır; kullanım için önceden yazılı izin alınması gerekir.

Bazı fotoğraflarda kişiler yer almaktadır. Bir fotoğrafta yer alıyor ve kaldırılmasını ya da değiştirilmesini istiyorsanız [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talep en geç otuz gün içinde yanıtlanır; yerinde görülmesi hâlinde fotoğraf yayından kaldırılır.
